No experience? We’ll train the right people.

Experience in youth work, education, psychology, or social services is valuable — but we are willing to train individuals who bring the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.

General employment requirements

Requirements vary by position, but candidates for most roles should be prepared to meet the following:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Able to work all three shifts, including weekends and overnights
  • Obtain Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI clearances

  • Complete an online Medication Administration course
  • Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Complete Safe Crisis Management training plus First Aid & CPR certifications
  • Provide appropriate structure, supervision, and safety for youth in our care
  • College degree or experience with children preferred, but not required
  • Maintain the rules, policies, and procedures of our facilities
  • Serve as a positive role model for the youth we support
